I have found this amazing recipe site which is great for Gluten, Lactose Free, Whole30, Whole9 and Paleo followers.. I actually make this yesterday for a Dinner Party and OMG it was seriously good! A couple of HINTs: Make your own 1. Coconut Butter: food process Coconut RIBBONS takes about 5-10min 1 x bag (250g) will produce approx. 1 cup. RIBBONS Seem to work better then shredded - time wise 2. Almond Butter: food process Almonds - I use roasted ones for more favour 1 x bag (375g) will produce approx. 1 cup note: give the food processor a rest after 5mins or so to cool the motor down then repeat. I have heard of others who have burnt out the motor in their food processors. So just take it easy.. 3. Cut into small bite sizes as it is very rich especially for those who are not use to eating a lot of nuts. Freeze left overs 4. ENJOY! YUM!
