I have had a client with higher functioning autism waiting for ATOS or DWP to make a decision since November 2012. He has been accused of showing challenging behaviour and is £1,500 in debt,with accommodation at risk. This is a neurological issue and incurable. THIS IS HAPPENING TODAY NOW AS I TYPE THIS. Professionalism at the cost of £110 MILLION TAXERS MONEY. I Tony Lea of Launceston in Cornwall. I am willing to give testimony at court, inquest, parliamentary debate or investigation, That since 2012 I have personally had to deal with 13 suicide attempts (all evidenced and reported and recorded to police and mental health teams). The one single factor of this is ATOS incompetences, arrogance and DWP not policing their own rules. I also have at least 2 who would be willing to make written statements to this affect.
