I have had a cool Friday. Getting cabin fever as I recover, but grateful nonetheless....Whew, being on the other side of recovery is not easy at all. It is much easier to tell others to be patient with themselves and allow their bodies to heal at its own pace....than to follow this same advice. Healing for me also means loving myself, even when I cant do much for myself or others. Im learning to love myself as a human being and not a human doing.
