I have had a couple of customers reporting this scam to me today...so take heed..... People of Turriff and anywhere else for that matter, if you get a phone call from somebody claiming to be from Microsoft telling you, you have problems with your computer, please hang up.... This is a scam that is doing the rounds again just now.....they will ask you to go to administrator evens folder which holds the error messages for the computer......every computer has errors of 1 sort or another, they will then ask you to allow them to take control of your computer n thats when the real problems start as they could potentially be doing anything on your computer such as stealing your identity, stealing bank details if you do online banking putting on a virus, etc..etc Please be wary, n if you are worried n need advice give me a call...Calum Mackinnon CMK Computing Solutions. 01888562808 or 07711259333
