I have had a few vague glimpses in how terrifying it is to lose control over your own body, having your body practically self destructing, in a whole different way ofcourse but still, it is one of the most terrifying things Ive experienced. No one should have to live with such fear. For me it is easy, I just have to be careful with what I eat, but for people with ALS its just a matter of time. Having seen this video I finally understand wat ALS really is and why this silly challenge thing is actually a good thing, so I suggest you all watch this. #kissmyals
