I have had a lot of conversations this week, as always, about how much I work out and working out being the only way to achieve your physical and aesthetic goals. To be honest, time and keeping my stress levels balanced only really allows me to work out four times per week for about 20 mins or so. The real secret to feeling and looking like you want to lies in a specific and effective training program, eating clean and whole foods 80% of the week, getting adequate sleep and time out, balancing your energy with qi gong, tai chi or meditation as well as creating and experiencing happiness every day.
