I have had a rollercoaster day - that just became awesome. Ever since Conan and Sierra came to live with us, weve kept them separate from our other dogs - Conan because he had this giant incision on his giant head - and I could see THAT getting torn open if he got into it with our other dogs - and Sierra because she was so poorly socialized that she WANTED everyones attention but was OVERWHELMED by it...and showed teeth at all our other dogs. TODAY I let Conan out with everyone else. He did GREAT. Amadeus the nurse dog tried to get him to play with the chew toy....Conan wasnt sure but no one got MAD. Likewise, we had never actually SEEN Conan and Sierra play with each OTHER. They are never fighting, but they never seemed to express joy around each other either. TODAY, I saw them wrestling...head biting, tail wagging, chicken legging happiness. Theyve seen our other dogs do it all the TIME....I guess they figured theyd give it a try. I was very quiet so I wouldnt interrupt them. Yea puppies.
