… I have had a wonderful weekend alone (by Choice) and have indeed spent it reflecting and accepting and I have one thought for you all … Next time you hear anyone badmouthing, slagging or hating another person, ask them why they are doing it …. And I bet you find that the vast majority of the time, it is based on second or third hand gossip and rumour, originated by a person who has something to gain from it. Either that, or they are angry with the person because that person ACTUALLY ended their friendship or relationship, because they had had enough of backstabbing nastiness. And usually the person shouting the LOUDEST about how terrible someone else is … is usually covering up how horrible they themselves are. The sad fact is that there are a lot of Duplicitous, Ambitious and Downright NASTY people out there. I feel so sorry for those people because, at the end of the day … they have to sit alone and KNOW THE TRUTH about themselves. Thats what makes them so ANGRY … they know that there is at least ONE PERSON who knows their sordid truth … and they dont like themselves. To all the people who have slagged me off, stabbed me in the back or have used me as a stepping stone to further their own careers or social positions, or worse in the case of a few VERY sad individuals …. I forgive you. It must be horrible to not like yourself and not be able to acknowledge the kindness and decency of others. I understand and accept, and send you a wish that one day you find some spiritual equilibrium. I refuse to carry your shit around with me any longer … IM FREE !
