I have had dogs all my life I have learned a lot. #1 One is not enough, when you have more than one they have a bud to hang with. #2 do not get 2 pups at the same time, they play with each other and wont listen to you. #3, I was never around a German Shep., I did not like them for some reason, for some reason I did not trust them and was kinda afraid of them? I was raised with Rotts ? Today I have two Dixie 4 I have had almost 2 years and Big Rocky almost a year. They are the smartest most loyal dogs EVER. When I go to the bathroom at night Dixie goes too. When my feet hit the stairs hers do too. They are smart they learn in minutes or hours not weeks or months. They do not care about the dog coming down the street the jogger or the UPS man...JUST ME. They do not run off, I never leave there sight. If anyone put a hand on me in a aggressive manner darkness would soon fall on there land, it would be a bad day. I rescued and saved them both and that is nothing compared what the have given me. They are the two best things I ever did for me. They are a friend like you have never had before I promise, ask anyone that has one.
