I have had so many very caring friends tell me to stay safe out there nowadays. This tragedy could happen to anyone so I am passing that advice along to all my Realtor friends- men and women!! Carry your cell phone everywhere, keep mace handy, take another Realtor with you if showing an unknown customer, check in regularly with the office, park on the side of the street NOT the driveway when showing, always walk in the property AFTER your customer and follow them through, AND try to keep yourself close to an exit when possible!!
