I have heard people say, “if I was god I would do this and that, I would change that and improve this.” We have this idea that god is only a monarch in the way we as humans gain power over each other. But what I say to that is this. Did not god give us free will? If god then is only a monarch in control of our lives why would he give us free will? Because when god says I am king, I and the father are one, he does not utter it from a man’s (women too, of course, y’all are just as horrible, just prettier) perspective. God doesn’t have an ego, he doesn’t struggle with sin like we do. So therefore don’t think for him, seek to understand his higher mind because it’s there to be dabbled into a touched by us. So when I hear people say, “If I was god…” I know we are viewing god through worldly wisdom of man’s idea of power and leadership. The main point I am trying to make sluggishly is that sometimes, man creates god in his own image and in my opinion this is why we are in a mess and why we don’t have strong relationship with god because in our minds we usurp the throne, Blasphemy!!! Ha-ha great word to sum it all up.
