I have it all figured out. I depend moderately on Masshealth -> Masshealth is thoroughly unhelpful and confuses me by giving me 7 different numbers and offices I need to call to recieve one prescription -> All 7 offices need something from one of the other 7 offices, none can be identified as the starting point, and all say I have a 2-5 day wait -> I become frustrated and emotional -> Being frustrated and emotional makes me impulsive and irrational -> I decide to spend an extra $200 on my prescription -> Spending additional money causes anxiety and I feel like I need assistance -> Getting professional assistance avoiding ever spending this much on medication again requires calling Masshealth and starting again. Well played Masshealth, well played.
