I have just accomplished the best tasting grilled pork chops in my life thus far, put em in a foil pouch with 1/4 large chopped white onion, i largely chopped serrano and jalapeno, 1/4 cup liquid smoke and 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce, closed it up and cooked on the grill until the chops were 3/4 done, took them out placed em on the grill to finish cooking, once they were done, i put em back into the pouch for 10 more mintues to absorb the flavors, these babies have got just enough zing to want more! now i hope my carne asada turns out just as tastey.
