I have just been sent a photo of me when I was pretty thin (about 2-3 weeks after op), not pretty. Its amazing how quickly your body can change. I lost over 1 1/2 stone in about 10 days and amazingly acording to BMI was still a healthy weight. However am now feeling so, so much better and cannot wait to start teaching again. I am being sensible and taking things easy still, however I love what I do and get such a buzz from making people feel good about themselves. Looking forward to seeing everyone this week.
