I have just confirmed and taken a deposit for a client for a Wedding in 2016 and just received this reply: “many thanks for all your help just sorted out my emails and realise the amount of time youve spent sending me emails - I really appreciate it” Thanks very much for the booking, and your comments Cathy. For me, customer service leading up to the wedding is as important as the wedding itself. On the last page of my website it says “expect a high level of customer service from your first point of contact to the end of your special occasion” That is what you get!
