I have just learnt that I need experience with certain age groups (e.g elderly, babies/toddlers, disabled etc) in order to follow my dream to go into a career in medicine. I am 16 and looking for work placements to gain experience. Does anyone know of any Nurseries or care homes that are recruiting so I can gain experience in? Does anyone know if Newbury hospital offer any sort of placement to gain experience for people of my age? Volunteering or paid. Does anyone have any suggestions? All are welcome :) Thanks
