I have lost track of how many days and that is really sad :( But I have been working out really hard, yesterday I rode my bike into work for about 14 miles and then home for about 3 (took trimet most of the way),!! I am reading a really good book called The Power of Habit - Every J2D person should read this because this book is what this wonderful group is all about!! There was a study conducted by NMSU that said 92% of people said they habitually exercised because it made them feel good, in another group, 67% said working out gave them a sense of accomplishment - they had come to crave a regular sense of triumph from tracking their performances, and that self-reward was enough to make the physical activity into a habit!! Yeah J2D for helping us track our accomplishments, thank you Armando Cardoso and Forest Forrest Gill for leading us!!
