I have made 9 dolls so far and is currently working on my tenth one .Just before Christmas I had told my aunt and dad that I wanted to make dolls and give them to children who are either ill or could use a little cuddle buddy. Long story short I found a group that is in need of volunteers here in Canada for crochet dolls They give them to sick children with cancer or other said illnesses .After filling out forms and waiting for their response Today I receive an email stating they changed the volunteers instructions ..sighs,they now want me to find a sick child, make a test doll matching their characteristics then send them the test doll along with the photo of that child including the years of experience I have in armigurumi designs. They then make a decision on whether I to become one of their official doll makers ..sighs... like seriously I just wanted to make dolls and give them away like I do now smh I think thats way to many hoops to jump through just to be a volunteer
