I have met Douglas Murray, had a very enjoyable and thought provoking evening with him in London once. Hes a thoroughly decent chap, and someone I admire a great deal (which has nothing to do with the fact that hes a Murray and therefore he and I are almost certainly related, if perhaps distantly). Hes also gay, which upsets many of the people he debates on the left, as they assume no gay person can be a conservative.
