I have my life with horses.... I decided one day I was 100% horse crazy and was that child that had no horse lovers in her family and her family probably considered her insane... I used to trespass and ride peoples horses freestyle... I did this until I was given an aged stockhorse. That was the beginning to the rest of my life. he had qld itch, everyone laughed at him and I had no tack so rode him in a skipping rope around neck regardless of what others thought. The moral of this story is that I have spent so many years observing and interacting with all kinds of equines and this week I decided that you cant really put a price on a safe and honest horse... I have worked with some lately that I would reccomend to no one. No its not their fault as they were born a blank slate but humans have damaged them so severely that I would never consider them safe ( if represented my me) especially at their current time in their life Hold onto those special horses you have that have the heart and the mind to manage the way they are treated by humans and still remain to be honest quiet and accepting.... They are worth their weight in gold and never let them forget it
