I have myself in a situation, I am contesting the adoption by his step dad, I have not been allowed to see jayden in almost two years because his mom wouldnt let me, I spent hours and hours studying the laws regarding adoptions, they are very strict and everything has to be perfected in the petition, I have found almost every I that is not dotted or t that isnt crossed, I was given a public defender to represent me because I am broke,but he does not have any experience, and seems to not listen, but he finally sees my arguments and replies in a manner consistent with what is the issues are however, it took me requesting a new attorney to even get him to read into things, and he wants me to reply acknowledging his strategy, but I forwarded messages to the judges clerk breaking the attorney privilege, if I acknowledge his trial strategy it may be an acknowledgement of accepting him as an attorney and have me stuck with an inexperienced lawyer, but thats the strategy that a normal attorney would and should use, but can he cross examine, can he do what it requires an experienced lawyer to do, this is my world I am fighting for, I do not know what I should do and how to respond to the attorney, he needs me to acknowledge the strategy to save his ass
