I have never, NEVER, been more disgusted with an organization, or had less faith in one than I do the Braves. So, were just going to stockpile young pitching, sticking with this, You can never have too much pitching bullshit philosophy. Its true, you cant have too much pitching, but you also to have offense. This isnt soccer. You cant play to 0-0 draws. This outdated philosophy from the 90s and early 2000s is so pathetic. The front office is convinced we had all that success strictly because of the pitching, and they want to replicate that. I guess theyre forgetting that we also had a hall of famer in Chipper Jones, and several, several all stars, even border line hall of fame guys. Yeah, the pitching was great, but so was having guys like Pendleton, Gant, Justice, Nixon, Chipper, Andruw, McGriff, Grissom, Furcal, Javy, McCann, etc..... This front office is clueless. I am SO close to actively rooting against this team. I always wondered how people could hate the local team.... Im starting to get it.
