I have never been a big yoga fan and I am not good about integrating regular flexibility training into my daily workout. Knowing this is my weakness, I started doing Piyo when I was training for my half marathon and it was amazing how much better I felt overall! I still dont think I could ever do just yoga, but for me Piyo is a great compromise. Although it isnt the primary program I am doing right now, I am still making sure to do it a couple times each week.
