I have never been so frustrated with customer service! I have NEVER had an issue with Target in the so many years that I have shopped with them and ordered online from them UNTIL today. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and according to UPS it hasnt moved from Tucson since last Wednesday so call Target today and not only could I not understand a word they were saying cause only God knows where their customer service is located but the first one HUNG UP ON me when I told her it was unacceptable, call back to talk to her supervisor who ALSO did not do a thing to help me or even address that her employee hung up on me. So, my shipping window was extended until THURSDAY and then if it magically shows up and I want to return it due to the extreme hassle I have encountered I have to wait another 7 to 10 days. Are you kidding me? And it wasnt a cheap package either. UGH!
