I have never ever seen such a low level of service in an airport like I saw in Malpensa today. The lack of organization and respect for the passengers were obvious. My flight arrived today at 0.15 and more than an hour after arrival I was still waiting for my luggage. When I asked the only staff member present at the arrival hall what was going on, she said "the team responsible for bringing the luggage to the baggage belt is missing". How is that possible? We are talking about the biggest airport in Milan. My bag was only delivered at 1.45 am. Due to the delay of the airport, I lost the last bus to Milan and had to pay EUR 90 for a taxi. The airport in general is very badly managed _ the toilets were absolutely filthy and the staff was not prepared to assist passengers. What a shame!
