I have never experienced a more amazing display of peoples frustration about their inconvenience than here at the ikea furniture pick-up desk. The item you paid for at 12:35 was in stock and put into a que of other items in order of the time it was paid for. If the order number the crew started picking before yours was an entire kitchen, they dont stop to get your its only a shelf shelf and bypass the order of picking. If your its only a shelf shelf happens to be on a pallet that requires a forklift to retrieve it and there is only one forklift operator until 4pm and that forklift is currently being used to get another order, guess what... You have to wait!! God forbid you have to wait 1 hour to receive a piece of furniture out of a million other items stocked in a warehouse for your convenience.
