I have never liked a program more that T25! I completed T25 back in June, and I still use it right along with my Piyo/Body Beast hybrid! The Speed DVDs are amazing! At 25 minutes, you cannot beat it! I know how hard it is first hand to work full time, be a full time college student, a full time mother and fiance, and a coach! You have to make the time for you and your health, because lets face it - nobody is going to do it for you and you only get one chance at living a healthy life! I went through a phase where I struggled because I was tired, and was just plain LAZY! Not an excuse! Everyone has 25 minutes of time! Shawn T and Beachbody made it possible! I have NEVER seen a deal like this! Want to know what is included and what results to expect? Just ask! There is a Challenge group starting September 1st!
