I have never seen Frozen and this is the first time I have heard or seen this song... It is sad when a person becomes so damaged in life without boundaries that they resort to isolation... I know what that is like very well.... This song touched my heart and reminded me of where I never want to find myself again... When you isolate yourself you not only protect yourself from the bad and those who hurt you but you also block out all those who want to love on you and who could be a life line for your road out of isolation and back into freedom... When you wall yourself off you are creating a prison for yourself and trapping you in a very dark and negative place... I have battled with that myself many times... Learn boundaries and get around people who will love you... Choose life and live it while you are alive... God didnt create us to walk alone... He created us to walk as family... Find those who love you and embrace you as family and stay around them... Walking out of isolation is a very scary decision... I know... I quit going outside for almost four years and gave up on the hope that God would bring good friends into my life who just loved me for me... Even in that state people came to love on me but I was so broken I couldnt receive it because I was so walled off in my own prison... If you are isolating yourself know that you are never truly alone... God is always right there with you... He never left me for a minute... It takes great courage and strength to walk out of isolation and face the hurt and pain that got you to that place but you can do it!!! It isnt easy but it is very possible... Connect with someone and stay connected... Grab a hold of hope and faith... Find something to be thankful for and look for one thing that you can do for yourself that is a positive step in the right direction.... Dont look at all the problems.... I know how overwhelming that can be... Just find one thing... And work on that one thing... Celebrate your progress and successes... Start looking at the things you do right!!! And keeping trying and keep walking... Never give up!!!! My heart is so heavy for those in isolation... That is something I still battle myself... Sometimes it feels much easier than facing people and all the questions or things people want from me... Find someone who you can just be honest with about the reality of your life where it is right here and now... It is a journey out but you can do it!!!! I know it is possible because I make that choice everyday!!! When you face all your hurts and fears you become fearless!!! My life doesnt look like other people but I am running into all God has for me to do and I am helping others get up and run the race also and that is a miracle.... I love you all and am praying for anyone lost in the echoes of isolation!
