I have no doubt that the monster will answer to God for what he did to Mama and her pups. It is up to US if we want to keep him from hurting another innocent. As long as he remains among US he will continue to enjoy victimizing the helpless. The police investigation is still active. They are needing the publics help. In my opinion there were errors made early on. I believe that those errors can be overcome with PERSISTANCE. We all can do something to stop this monster. Example : I live within a 50 miles radius of where Mama Petunia was found. My daily work commute to and from work takes me 2 hours. From one edge of that radius to another. I keep 20 to 50 Reward flyers and a roll of tape in my car at all times. It takes 1 minute to post a flyer near a bus stop. A hundred people will see it per day.
