I have noticed that this city is very hungry for fresh, local produce. Every day, the number of visitors to our market rises and Im seeing lots of new faces. Thats encouraging! Unfortunately, we are not yet able to meet the demands. But I can assure you that were doing our best. I encourage you to come early in the day for greatest selection. I also encourage you to try some of the less common foods such as kohlrabi greens and turnips. Really, the taste is phenomenal and the internet is a great resource for recipes! Then when you try a new recipe that you enjoyed, you can share your recipe and a picture on our timeline. That way, we can introduce new foods to people who wouldnt otherwise feel adventurous enough to attempt something different.
