I have now been something between vegetarian and vegan for two - TopicsExpress

I have now been something between vegetarian and vegan for two years.. It started with wanting to become healthy, I made researches online (something I STILL do, education never ends) and became aware of how unhealthy meat and dairy really is and I stopped eating meat during the next month while researching what to eat instead. And even if I stopped drinking milk completely, it still happened from time to time that I ate cheese.. The last year Ive noticed how much invented stuff society puts in your head from the day you are born and at first it made me feel really sick but Ive learned that I can only do as much as I can and feeling sick wont help anybody but only destroy myself. So about a month ago I saw the trailer for COWSPIRACY, a new documentary that is shown at the cinemas in the usa right now, if they still show it, I only needed to see the trailer to become even more aware of things and since then I only bought one single dairy product and it was only because I reaaaally wanted to try a particular receipe, otherwise I had no intention to give those cruel people behind all this shit any money. But this happened last night... Me and my man saw this documentary, or it was actually someone filming at a universe or college class while this certain guy Gary Yourofsky talked for a little over an hour.. Gary is a national (usa) lecturer on veganism and Ive never seen or heard anyone as convincing as him. He does what he does for the animals but still includes health, society and money in his talks and he leaves you with no further questions but the one you need to ask yourself.. So from this day I will never buy or eat meat or dairy again and I will make my dog go vegan too. Please, do not comment on this without seeing those videos first and I DO want you to see them. Plase see them now!! We all have to let go of our ego and look outside of the box, look from a natural point of view, pass around the words and do what we can, not only sometimes but always. youtu.be/8DQoJTwEN0Q
