I have observed and read various message responses on social media in regards to the critical observations made by reggae and jazz Maestro Winston Mayanja or call him Shaka as best known on Bebecools new song I love u everyday. Like many and Bebecool himself took Shakas observations as offensive, am of the view that Shaka just highlighted his marks on the song project with no intention to offend and with due respect Shaka is one of those supportive Ugandan musicians I have followed for a long time and has truly contributed his best towards the revolutions of our music industry. He is one kind of a music encyclopedia I have come across. My appeal wd be that let our musicians learn from their senior who have no hurt feelings but observe to better the music industry. Thats the kind of motive drive some musicians like Shaka are working for to see our music head to the worlds top hills. For Bebecool I know he is so happy about his new song project I love u everyday so let be and embrace any piece of wise critics for the betterment of his career. Most of the worlds best musicians I know have also been criticized at some point.
