I have often been asked, "What is an airline school?" Airline schools cover a wide array of subjects. Certainly. It is a bridge connecting students to the world of aviation. Certainly. But in the end, no matter what connections an airline school has, it is up to the student to look in the mirror...It is time to consider how many flight crew have truly and ultimately given their lives figuratively, and sadly LITERALLY, in the line of duty. Are you tough enough, with the right stuff in you? Can you do the same at that final moment of truth? If you only see a pretty uniform, petty glamour, and employee travel benefits deep down, then it is time to reconsider another career. It is time to admit to God and yourself in all honesty, that no one else is to blame if you were born with the right stuff for another career and the wrong stuff for flying. An airline school is a bridge...but it is not magic.
