I have one to add to the spotties discussion! My APHA mare, Calypso. Papers say she is tovero, but I know that means very little when it comes to her genetic pattern. She is bay, that I know for sure, and she has two blue eyes. Im a bit rusty on pattern definitions, but the excessive white on legs and face suggest Splash, right? She also has the shadowing around some of her spots and someone once told me she looks to have... something else. Now I cant remember what they called it! Anyone have insight on her possible patterns? I will be testing her eventually, as OLWS terrifies me and I want to breed her in the next couple of years. Thanks for the help!
