I have only been getting notifications from this group recently for some reason. The vagaries of FB...I am rather shocked at the posts that I am reading.I am surprised that half of you folks are still living and half of the rest are not in hospital. Does no one in this group know how to key out a plant in a botanical field guide... I am finding that the group standards do not include cultivation, medicinal uses or conservation, all of which are thorough and necessary methods to know plant material. The idea that anyone here would dig wild Ginseng purely for the pleasure of sticking it in their mouths is appalling to me. It is one of the reasons that that plant is scarce in the wild now.
