I have read Owalos belated accusation Of Caroli of mismanaging the 2013 presidential campaigns on Facebook and which was quickly and conveniently picked by media houses as juicy news. Ramogi FM has spent two days on this news. People buying this either know too little or nothing about what happened during the CORD campaigns. So how was Caroli suppose to distribute the 93m to 66000 agents alone? All the presidential agents were paid by Mpesa directly from Safaricom. The money was sent to Safaricom well before the Election Day using a list from the campaign secretariat. And for everyones information this was Carolis personal contribution to the kitty. Owalo is simply campaigning for the Kibra seat and wants to unhang from his neck the stigma of worst managed presidential campaigns. By the way there is no person claiming his allowance from CORD for being a presidential agent. So if Caroli failed to pay the agents, is this the only thing that failed during the campaigns? Would this have affected the voter turnout? The campaigns failed well before the voting day! And if I may ask; What was the Presidential Candidate doing in Luo Nyanza days to the Election Day? Was this also Carolis arrangement? Sarah and Caroli purportedly messed; so what did their boss - Owalo do? What arrangement did Owalo put in place to improve voter turnout, or to counter vote theft at Bomas? Why is Owalos straight records coinciding with his three and a half year advance declaration to contest the Kibra constituency seat? The back always stops with the boss - Owalo. Neither Owalo nor Caroli is my friend but I can smell a heap of garbage from far.
