I have reported such incidents several times for children and animals. At the mall I have contacted their security and 911. On one occasion a man had to break a window as was done in the video. If people would treat others as they would like to be treated themselves so much unnecessary harm could be prevented. How much trouble is it to remove the child from the car seat and take them in with you -- none!
