I have returned to Wales after an amazing trip to East Africa, which has seen my visit Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and South Africa. The experiences I have had have made profound changes to the way I see things, I have been fortunate enough to meet many great people, but have made promises to two, and to all my friends and family I BEG for you help in fulfilling the promises. In Uganda Philip Mpiiya a exceptional young man and father, that need clothing for a childrens orphanage, and Juma Kittyler Kiula, the most inspirational coach I have ever met coaching 7 days a week in some of the poorest areas of Tanzania gladly receiving any rugby kit or equipment.
