I have said from the beginning, priority one of the Chief Legal Officer of Florida - the Top Cop - should be the protection of civil liberties, above the prosecution of criminal activity. The article circulating today about the difference between Pam Bondi and George Sheldon that is published in many major papers and news feeds only once mentions my name. Rather, it speaks about trivial past and distant past events between the two establishment candidates with no substance and no vision for the future. If this is the best theyve got, then I should be readily elected. My campaign and website have always been complete with facts and law on relevant issues that Floridas Attorney General must take the lead on over the next four years. I advocate for the issues the other candidates are afraid to talk about, such as our loss of civil liberties, the erosion of the 4th and 2nd amendments, the over militarization of the police force, prison overcrowding, the call for clemency, and the right to make personal health care decisions, including the use of homegrown marijuana.
