I have sarcoid in my joints and it creates serious cramps and charlie horses in my legs often. Sometimes I can be walking or standing and my leg will give out and Ill fall to the ground. I dont talk much about it, I just deal with it and FIGHT on a daily basis. I have a 12-year-old daughter and I am a personal trainer whos passion is to change and save the lives of many, therefore, I continuously conceal my pain because it was so important to ME to SHOW GREAT STRENGTH! Honestly, becoming a part of this group made me realize that REVEALING is HEALING, not only for others, but for me as well, and having physical pain doesnt make you APPEAR WEAK! I have to do electroTherapy 3x a day or more if needed with heat/cold patches since the pain has been permeating all the way down to my ankle. Tomorrow will complete day 3 of my radioactive bone scan to treat the inflammation throughout my body. Turning to a lifestyle of healthy eating and conditioning my body has been the prescription of life for me. Sure I feel pain, and many times I feel weak.. But, Pills and prescriptions will never be the answer for me. Take control over your life and Get SELFISH About Your HEALTH! I am staying positive and more important, I am remaining prayerful! I hope this helps with your question Stacie Berlin. Stay strong my beautiful sister.💜 Phylda Reddick, your post yesterday tugged heavily at my heart. God is a Healer and He will see you through. Continue to reach out to this group, for as I said before REVEALING IS HEALING. So Stay strong as well beautiful.💜
