I have so many women in my challenges that start off soooo AFRAID to OVER EAT! I, myself decided a looong time ago that calorie counting and over complicated meal plans are just NOT my thing... I refuse to spend my days worrying about food and over-thinking everything I put in my mouth! My philosophy is simple... I eat when I am hungry, I eat until I am full... And I make 3/4 of each meal VEGETABLES! Oh, I should mention... I used to hate vegetables! BUT if you learn how to make them correctly and seasoned right... I promise they will blow your mind!!! So you choose... Starve and as soon as you eat again, gain all the weight back PLUS some OR practice balanced eating by taking in whole foods without counting calories (& even give yourself a cheat meal once a week) to STOP the YO-YOing and turn this into a LIFESTYLE where you actually get to LIVE and enjoy food! I start my new challenge group on the 7th. Would you like to learn to do this?
