I have so much dash-cam video of people failing to maintain their lane due to texting. Hell, Ive even got video of a Georgia State Patrolman failing to maintain his lane and over-correcting TWICE within minutes. I laid down on my horn and he changes lanes and pulled me over asking if I had a problem. I said yes sir, you were texting and driving which is against Georgia Code and I have it on video (as I pointed to the cam attached to my windshield) I then asked Are you charging me with a violation of GA law? no sir. Am I under arrest? no sir. Are you detaining me? no sir Then Im free to go, correct? Yes sir. I then continued on my way. I do wish that law enforcement would obey the same laws that they are enforcing.
