I have some good news. Ive received a reply from the council with some improvement on the policy for buskers! Basically, they have made the effort of trying to source slightly more affordable public liability insurance for buskers. Although, I still do not agree that public liability insurance should be mandatory for buskers, I am somewhat moved that the council has taken this page and our complaints into account. I still believe the council should revoke the policy but for now I want to thank everyone who has liked this page! This is proof that we can slowly but surely make a difference.
