I have sourced a certified copy of the Grand Jury transcript of the case of the State of Missouri vs. Darrin Wilson, and I will scour it for any legal trickery or shenanigans that might have tended to manipulate or channel the jurors into a No Bill determination. I will specifically be looking for the instances in which the prosecution is alleged to have offered an old unconstitutional law to jurors (which should have been submitted to the presiding judge and vetted before presentation) and then, if factual, such an error was detected, to think it was corrected by telling them heres the current law, disregard what we gave you before and said about it - and for a judge to approve of that, it boggles my mind. I read somewhere that Ofc. Wilson intends to resign, and having gone through the ringer and prevailed, Im left wondering if this was pre-arranged. That the decision was made early on that while he might not have criminal liability under the law, a combination of catastrophic errors and violations of tactical protocol and policy led to this act and he was not suitable to continue as an officer. I personally dont recall seeing anyone representing the Ferguson Police that Id think capable of being a cop. Theres something in the water down there, or some inbreeding going on, but what it is that makes a cop down there is a different animal than Im acquainted with.
