I have spent my day off working on the lawnmower...i have never touched a set of jumper cables until today...really wasnt sure if your suppose to jump a lawnmower off with a car and I wasnt really sure how to do it anyway...i thought it couldnt be any different than defibrillating a heart...my car being the crash cart...jumper cables being the defibrillating paddles...and the battery being the heart...i did get it started and knew not to turn it off or get off the seat or I would have to jump it off again...everything was good until a ground hog ran in front of me causing me to slam the brakes on and this caused me to slide off the seat...and of course the mower stopped and wouldnt start again...after an hour was spent taking off screws and bolts that I had to hang upside down to get to, I discovered a lever to push to release the battery...so simple wasnt it...and by the way I lost those screws and bolts after chasing the lawnmower down after it started rolling backwards...I purchased a new battery...installed it and closed the hood only to see a gush of fluid pouring out of the engine...I thought what the #*@! have I done now...I opened the hood to find I had crushed my Pals tea I sat on top of the engine...by the way...the battery wasnt even under the hood...its located behind the grille...the yard is mowed now and Im going to take a nap...
