I have taken the possession of flat C-83 on Friday. The contractor peoples were co-operative and even insisted to check all the fittings etc as per schedule. I was told by Sh Bhatia Ji, Project Manager CGEWHO at site that 2-3 people have applied for the electricity connections but connections were not released yet. The connection form along with one requisite affidavit has to be submitted in Discom office. Water supply was normal in the C block and even lifts were also functional for some time during our 4 Hrs stay at site but the complex and flats require cleaning at all the places. I hope it would take some time to normalize all the functions at complex and it would be after some people start living in the complex. As maximum of the allottees are from out side meerut, it is not known how many people would start living in the complex in near future and there is also not much scope of renting it.
