I have the BEST FACEBOOK FRIENDS EVER!!! Here is an update on things we have gotten donated and things we could still help this young lady with: Someone has a couple book cases they are donating that I will pick up first of next week. This evening I picked up a futon for her living room and a twin bed, sheets, comforter & pillow. We got a play pen. She got food, some kitchen supplies (skillet, 2 baking dishes, can opener) and someone is taking her a microwave tomorrow. We gave her contacts for a couple food pantries. I found her a small tv with VCR built in so she could at least watch movies. We took her pregnancy books and Bible Study Lessons from our Earn While You Learn Program so she will be learning and earning baby bucks to spend in our Mommy Mall at Franklin Life Pregnancy Resource Center on items she will need when the baby gets here! This is a new beginning for her and I would ask that yall please keep her in your prayers. I will be collecting things over the next few days so if there is something you see on the list that you want or can help with please either comment below or message me & I will do my best to make arrangements to pick it up. ( I wont be available until after the Georgia Game tomorrow because I will be at the stadium Fundraising for Franklin Life PRC) Still Needed: Broom & dust pan 2 small bathroom trash cans 2 small bathroom rugs 1 small rug for front door and 1 small rug for back door Shower Curtain, shampoo & soap Any kind of cleaners Plastic Plates & cups (not glass) A Pot to boil in Tea pitcher Dresser for clothes Night stand & lamp These are the main things that are needed. Anything else like a chair & a small end table for the living room would be nice. I did notice there is a place for a washer & dryer. The kitchen is very small and a table about the size of a card table with maybe 2 chairs would be sufficient for dining area. I have asked Tracie Alewine to help get things to her as well and if you need to contact Tracie with something to donate I am sure she wont mind. There are still places that some of you have mentioned for me to check with that I havent had the time to yet but still will! Thanks again and just know that MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS ROCK!!!!!
