I have the extraordinary opportunity to raise international awareness for Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita and bring attention to our support group, AMCSI, by attending the AMC Symposium in Russia. This will allow me to showcase the importance of family support within the world-wide medical community. Three of our AMCSI board members, along with two of our medical advisors, will be joining me in sharing what Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita Support, Inc. means to the many families that we are able to connect with through our online support network, as well as our annual conferences. Throughout the year I travel extensively to mini meet-ups, in various states, to promote arthrogryposis awareness and support our AMC families. These trips are made using only my personal funds, which are limited. Due to the cost Ill incur for the Russia trip, I am asking for help from all of you to make this once-in-a-life time trip possible. I look forward to bringing back information and resources to our families, while extending our friendship and support to the international AMC community.
