I have the sweetest, nicest, bestest nurses in the world! They work on my ugly, scarred, swollen legs with such care and expertise. Ive been on this rodeo for a while and have known some of them for years. They arent just nurses to me, they are my friends, and we share how our lives are going while they are treating my ugly old legs. Today, they huddled up around me with the biggest smiles. I didnt know what was up until they wished me an early Happy Birthday, and gave me a very nice card!!! They didnt have to do that, its not in their job description, but it was such a nice gesture. I will remember their kindness for as long as I live. My heart is all aglow!
