I have the utmost respect for LeBron James. He came from humble beginnings to become a truly great hall of fame caliber player. I think the biggest problem is Cavaliers management doesnt know how to build a winning organization. They won with James there before because of James greatness. They never provided him with solid number two star. They did not draft well either. Now that he is back they did not provide James with the right defensive minded coach. They hired a successful European coach who had success with a different culture but has to learn how to coach in the NBA which is significantly different. An establish coach like George Karl would have been much better. It is not the offense, but the defense. It is clear Kyrie and Love are young and dont know how to win at the NBA level yet. Love has to be protected on Defense, and Irving isnt much better. Trading for JR Smith is wrong on so many levels and though James may have approved it the right front office would not have made the trade or even brought it to the table. Anyone who ever ran a business knows it begins at the top. James is burdened with more responsibilities beyond playing because Cavalier Management does not know what they are doing and James at least won two Championships with a winning culture in Miami. As James said it will take time for several people to learn. The problem is not James. James is the face of the franchise.
